We value the presence of families inside our school and we understand that this is our distinguishing feature. Quality education is achieved with the participation of all the fundamental agents in the life of a child or teenager. This involves parents, teachers, coordinators, and everyone who makes up our school community.
Our managing director
Débora Durães, our managing director, has 30 years of experience in education.
She holds a degree in education from the Londrina State Institute of Education and a degree in teaching from the North University of Paraná. She specializes in business teaching and has an MBA in school management from the University of São Paulo.
Débora has been part of the Colégio Maxi family for 18 years. She grew up with us as a professional, has experienced changes first hand and has worked to improve our teaching. Some of the roles she has held include: coordinator of educational consultancy of the Maxi educational system in Brazil and Japan, strategic pedagogical consultant, educational coordinator of Elementary 2, and is also the author of didactic materials and director of teaching. Débora considers herself an “education enthusiast.”

Our team
LUCIANA AUGUSTA GOMES HADDAD
Director of Teaching and Educational Coordinator of Maxi International Learning
Luciana has extensive experience in education, working as a director, educational coordinator, and guidance counselor, in addition to solid experience as a teacher. Luciana has a degree in languages (Portuguese/English) and psychology and is currently taking a specialization course in educational management. She has participated in exchanges in England and Canada and holds a CPE certification in the English language. She has been an official Cambridge assessment examiner (YLE, KEY, preliminary, first, advanced, and proficiency) since 2000.
MICHELLE BRAMBILLA DE OLIVEIRA
Teaching Coordinator for Kindergarten
Michelle has a Ph.D. in education, a Master’s Degree in education, graduated in visual arts and teaching, and specialized in supervision, management and guidance, specialized education care, and psychopedagogy. She has a consolidated career in educational management, with over 30 years of experience, 22 of them in kindergarten and 12 in higher education with teacher training.
Rosângela LUÍZA DA SILVA
Teaching Coordinator for Elementary School
Rosangela has 30 years of experience in education as a teacher and teaching coordinator in kindergarten, elementary school, middle school, and high school. She started her career in education by studying education and teaching degrees.
ILEMAR CHRISTINA LANSONI WEY BERTI
Teaching Coordinator for Middle School
Christina has a degree in teaching and library science, with a specialization in psychopedagogy and educational administration, supervision, and guidance. She holds a Master’s degree in information science (UEL) and a Ph.D. in information science (UFMG). She has worked as a teaching coordinator for kindergarten and elementary school – early years and has more than 20 years of experience in education. She is currently the Coordinator of middle school and safeguarding leader at Colégio Maxi.
ROSANA SOHAILA TEIXEIRA MOREIRA
Teaching Coordinator for High School and University Prep
Rosana has a Ph.D. in physical activity and health, and a Master’s in the acquisition of human skills, both from the State University of Londrina, with degrees in teaching and physical education. She has experience as a teacher in higher education, along with administrative and educational management. She has worked as a counselor, coordinator, and teaching consultant, among other roles.
JANAÍNA TAIS GARDENAL FENATO
Educational Technology Teaching Coordinator
Janaína has more than 25 years of experience in the educational area and is certified by Google as a Level 1 and 2 educator, Google trainer, and Microsoft educator MIE. She began her academic education with a degree in education, then in systems analysis management and teaching. She specialized in information technology in education and is currently a Master’s student in science and new technologies education and a member of the STEM education research group.
